The C8-generation RS6 Avant is the wagon that broke through outside Europe — Audi finally brought it to North America in 2020 — and it is the donor that has carried the largest single Mansory programme in the Audi catalogue. Stock figures: 4.0 TFSI mild-hybrid V8, 600 PS / 800 Nm, all-wheel drive, 0–100 km/h in 3.6 seconds. Mansory's set is a complete carbon body conversion produced in-house, designed around T200 fine-weave dry carbon and shipped raw without clear coat unless the buyer specifies matte or paint. The kit was built for the Avant body — the RS6 Performance and the RS6 GT share the same panels and the kit installs on both with no modification.
Sister Audi builds in our catalogue: the RS Q8 and the RS Q8 Facelift for the SUV; the RS7 sportback as the closest sedan analogue; and the R8 Spyder for the supercar side of the Mansory Audi line.
Hand-laid T200 dry carbon, autoclave-cured. Pieces ship raw weave; matte coating and full body-colour paint are options at order time. Every panel attaches to OEM mounting points or to factory adhesive lines that release cleanly. The two-piece rear bumper splitter is dimensioned to the Mansory front bumper geometry — it is not a bolt-on accessory for stock RS6 Avants.

The MPB RS6 064 is Mansory's plug-in power module for the C8 RS6. It clips to the engine harness and re-maps boost and fuelling on the 4.0 TFSI: +64 PS, +85 Nm and a top-speed gain of about +20 km/h over the OEM electronically limited figure. The mild-hybrid 48-V system stays untouched — the gain is engine-side. This module is a separate option and can be ordered alongside the body kit or fitted later. The RS6 GT is closer to the limit out of the factory than the standard RS6, so the MPB delta is less dramatic on a GT chassis (the workshop will quote per-VIN).
The body kit does not require larger wheels — the OEM 22" RS6 Avant wheels clear the carbon arches without modification. Mansory offers forged ultralight rims in 22" diameter for the C8 RS6, typically a multi-spoke design in two-tone or single-tone finish. The full forged-wheel range sits in the Hodoor forged wheels collection and can be configured to the RS6 PCD and centre bore.
The kit is dimensioned for the RS6 Avant (C8 chassis), production from 2019 onward. The same kit installs on the RS6 Performance (621 PS, MY2023+) and on the RS6 GT (630 PS, limited 660 units, 2024) — the body geometry is identical across the three. The kit does not transfer to the previous-generation C7 RS6 (different bumper line, different roof). The kit also does not fit the RS7 sportback — for that body see the dedicated RS7 programme.
Where the RS6 Avant C8 sits in the Audi catalogue:
The RS6 Avant has a different geographic profile from every other Mansory donor. It is a family enthusiast car — most builds we ship are owner-driven daily drivers, not collector pieces — and the map skews heavily into the Northern European wagon belt where Audi has its deepest aftermarket scene. Heaviest: the UK and Switzerland (UK performance, Switzerland) where the RS6 has the longest installed base. Steady through the Nordics: Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark — the Audi RS scene is unusually strong here. Lowlands: the Netherlands and the Luxembourg corridor. Newer freight lanes: Canada (Canada auto styling) and Australia (Australia) — both opened up in the last 18 months as the RS6 Avant became more available outside Europe. Germany and the US do not have country-specific blog pages on our site; we ship to both on standard freight. The Gulf is small for the RS6 — wagon as a body style does not have the same pull there as the X6 or the RS Q8.
The full carbon body set ships in four to six weeks from the workshop; the MPB PowerBox is in-stock for the standard RS6 and ships in days. The Mansory exhaust with the aluminium quad tips is built into the diffuser geometry and most full-set buyers spec it at the same time. Email [email protected] or WhatsApp +44 7488 818747 with your VIN and trim (RS6 / RS6 Performance / RS6 GT) and we will quote landed including paint, wheels and PowerBox if you want a single freight booking. New Mansory releases sit on the Hodoor Mansory blog; for one-off carbon work see the Custom Design & Build service.
Will the kit fit my RS6 Performance or RS6 GT?
Yes. Both share the C8 RS6 Avant body geometry — the kit panels install with no modification. The RS6 GT's standard carbon-fibre bumper inserts are removed and replaced by the Mansory pieces.
Will the kit fit my previous-generation C7 RS6 Avant (2013–2017)?
No. The C7 has a different bumper line and a different roof and quarter-panel geometry; the C8 panels do not transfer. We do not currently list a Mansory C7 programme.
Can the rear bumper splitter pieces be installed on a stock RS6 bumper?
No. The rear bumper splitter set is dimensioned around the Mansory front and rear bumper geometry. It does not fit the OEM rear bumper.
Is the long-flap or short-flap front bumper better?
Long flaps deliver the most aggressive face — they sit further outboard and pair best with the matching front fender splitters. Short flaps read closer to OEM and are the right choice for owners who want the carbon set without an obvious aero signature. Both ship from the same SKU at order time.
Does the PowerBox change the official 0–100 km/h time?
Slightly — Mansory does not publish a revised figure, but real-world timing on the +64 PS module is around 0.2 seconds faster than OEM (sub-3.4 s). The bigger gain is the unlocked top speed, where the +20 km/h delta is meaningful.
Will the matte-coated parts hold up on a daily-driven car?
Matte holds up to UV and to washing within reason — the workshop recommends a hand-wash regime and a yearly matte-specific resealing if the car lives outside. Visible-weave (raw) carbon under clear coat is more forgiving for daily duty.
Does the carbon hood need re-calibration of the OEM hood-up sensor?
No. The Mansory hood uses the same hinge mounts and the same latch pattern as OEM. The hood-up alarm and the soft-close functions are unchanged.
